FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • TMMG is a family-owned business, and yes, we are local to the metro Detroit area. Our roots started in Livonia, where we currently reside and continue to operate. We have expanded our services to all over the metro area and beyond, including Ann Arbor, Toledo, Port Huron areas.

  • We do not have a definitive number or percentage, but it is very high. At TMMG, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, relationship building, and invest heavily in our employees. We provide comprehensive cleaning and facility solutions, offering the best services, products, and hands on management. Our careful planning and understanding of your facility help us service it to the best of the ability. Our customers not only appreciate our service, but that our employees truly care about their facility. We always try to dig deep with our clients, which leads to long term partnerships.

  • Employees. We have an in depth hiring and onboarding process to find the best and most qualified candidates. Many of our employees are referrals from existing employees. TMMG also does initial, annual, at times quarterly training or continuing education with our workers.

  • All TMMG clients have a dedicated Manager assigned to them. The Account Specialist ensures; timely and orderly services, address any needs or concerns, coordinates any scheduling or staffing needs, and will routinely inspect the facility. Depending on the level of services provided, a full-time onsite Supervisor may be assigned too. If multiple shifts are provided, your site may require an onsite Supervisor and or Shift Lead. These employees report back to the Account Specialist daily on operations.

  • Coordinate these services through your Account Specialist.

  • Depends on the size and scope of your site, and frequency of services provided, but often; weekly.

  • Yes, and they're customized to your site and the scope of services provided.

  • Issues can be reported to the Site Supervisor and or Account Manager. Issues are resolved as soon as possible. Depends on severity of request (emergency, special request, etc.?) but follow up is immediate.

  • Depends on the agreed contract with the client. Some service contracts include cleaning supplies, others don't. This often varies depending on size of the site being serviced, the frequency of services rendered, and scope. Equipment policy is the same. All basic cleaning tools; carts, buckets, rags, hand tools are provided by TMMG as part of the services. Cleaning chemical, auto scrubbers, floor machines depend on the level or length of the service contract. TMMG is also a supply and equipment dealer, so you can purchase these things from us outside of our services.

  • TMMG always provides the best and most environmentally safe products on the market to accomplish the task. Our team prides itself on staying up to date on industry standards and practices. We also have established relationships with some of the best vendors in the industry to ensure we have access to top quality products. 

  • Yes, we have our own operating software that tracks, attendance, training, quality assurance, inspections, project management, work orders and more. 

  • Yes, we are insured with all coverages required by the State of Michigan and our industry. 

  • Yes, select employees are trained and certified in these areas. A service in these categories is usually an up charge. 

  • Depends on the agreement in place. 

  •  TMMG will provide a proposal and clearly state what services are rendered and the cost to provide these. It's up to the client on what they want to add or remove. From there, we can also provide pricing on specialty or add on services that typically won't be included in the base price, services such as floor refinishing, tile/grout deep cleaning, window cleaning, carpet extraction, etc. Base services usually, but not always, only include cleaning of the facility.  

  • TMMG forecasts these uncertainties as best we can when submitting a proposal. Some agreements are in place for multiple years and may include annual % increases to accommodate higher costs. 

  • Contract lengths are agreed upon by both parties, and termination is usually a letter of intent, with stated reason(s) with proper timing, as stated in the service agreement. 

  • TMMG would create a customized transition plan at time of agreement. Some transition plans are slow rollout of services, most are turnkey, we can accommodate both. 

  • Initial deep clean; yes. Which usually requires an up charge. There is no up charge for setup.

  • Services rendered, routine and constant client communication. Additional onsite training if needed. Scope and services reviewed, determine if adjustments are needed. 

  • TMMG Account Specialist and Lead Trainer will walk and inspect site. Training is provided to employee(s) assigned to site before arriving. A building orientation with said employee is also had, to establish; security, parking, supply setup, processes. Upon start, Lead Trainer will work with said employee the first few times to ensure work is performed to standard.
